Aesthetic/Wellness Nurse Practitioner – APRN/Physician Assistant Part-Time

Pure Aesthetics is seeking a compassionate and skilled NP or PA licensed in Florida to support our wellness program. The ideal candidate has experience (or strong interest) in peptides, medically assisted weight loss, HRT, and patient-centered lifestyle medicine. This individual will evaluate patients, develop wellness plans, prescribe therapies, and follow patients throughout their health journeys. This position offers the opportunity to be part of a growing wellness-focused team committed to safe, effective, and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

Immediate: Weight Loss & Peptide Support

    • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including lab reviews and health histories
    • Prescribe and monitor peptide therapies and weight loss protocols
    • Order, interpret, and explain lab results
    • Educate patients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and lifestyle factors
    • Provide follow-up visits to monitor and adjust treatments
    • Provide administration of medications

Future Responsibilities: HRT & Broader Wellness

    • Identify hormone imbalances and recommend appropriate HRT protocols (testosterone, estrogen, etc.)
    • Administer IV hydration therapy and custom vitamin infusions (e.g., Myers’ Cocktail, glutathione, NAD+).
    • Provide intramuscular wellness injections (e.g., B12).
    • Monitor patient response during infusions and maintain sterile, safe IV setup and technique.
General Duties:
    • Maintain detailed, accurate, and confidential patient records using EMR software.
    • Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean and compliant with safety and infection control standards.
    • Collaborate with physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, estheticians, and support staff to optimize patient care.
    • Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care and ensure informed consent is obtained.
    • Answer and client inquiries, concerns or questions in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
  • Active and unrestricted license in Florida
  • BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience (aesthetic or wellness setting preferred)
  • Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow protocols and adapt to a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
  • IV therapy and wellness-based vitamin protocols
  • GLP-1 weight loss protocol knowledge (e.g., semaglutide)
  • Functional wellness exposure (e.g., detox, hormone balance)
