Aesthetic Injector

Pure Aesthetics is seeking a compassionate and skilled NP or PA Aesthetic Injector licensed in Florida to support our growth. Aesthetic Injectors will be responsible for assessing and providing clients with aesthetic medical services including, but not limited to cosmetic injections (i.e. neurotoxins, dermal fillers, etc), microneedling, threads, and lasers (coolpeel, IPL, etc.)

Position Requirements:

  • Active Florida Physician Associate (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in good standing
  • Significant work experience (>2 year) as an aesthetic injector or similar role ideally in a clinic setting
  • Passion for optimal patient outcomes and brand representation, as well as top-tier customer service
  • Extensive knowledge of available services and skincare products
  • Ability to suggest and sell relevant products and services
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, peers and managers
  • Ability to multitask efficiently while being attentive to patient needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work some weekends & evenings (i.e., until 7pm)

What You’ll Do:

  • Generate and maintain a client base
  • Welcome patients and explain the list of products and services
  • Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each client’s needs and objectives
  • Educate patients about diagnosis and treatment plans, benefits and risks of proposed treatment plans, and explain the alternatives
  • Assure all appropriate patient consents are signed and dated
  • Administer injections of neuromodulators and dermal fillers
  • Perform PDO Thread lifts, as indicated
  • Provide patient pre- and post-care education regarding provided treatments
  • Perform laser & electrocautery treatments
  • Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company
  • Clean and maintain equipment and inventory of products
  • Follow established treatment protocols
  • Keep track of and update client charts daily before workplace departure
  • Attend all staff meetings and continuing education workshops
  • Help train new staff (in the future)
  • Participate in clinic promotional activities and events
  • Maintain current Florida PA or NP licensure
  • Maintain current HIPAA, CPR, BBP and other required certifications, as Indicated
  • Adhere to workplace dress codes
